PRIMITIVE MAMMY MARTHA & CROW SHELF SITTER

Mammy Martha measures 12 inches high.  She is made from muslin which I've stained, painted and sanded to give her a nice worn look.   Her face has been needle sculpted.

She is filled with polyester filling.  Her head wrap is made from stained muslin.  She has some 'tufts' of black hair at the sides of her head.
Martha's collar/shawl is red & cream plaid homespun and held together with a large rusty safety pin and rusty bell.

A small black crow sits on her shoulder.  He is also made of muslin and has been painted and sanded.

PRIMITIVE MR. SNOWMAN SHELF SITTER WITH FILLED POCKETS - SOLD

This prim style snowman shelf sitter is made from Warm 'n Natural.  He's been stuffed with polyester filling and is weighted so he will stand alone.  He has button eyes that are hand stitched on.  His nose and mouth are stitched with embroidery floss.  

Mr. Snowman is wearing a cozy burgundy, tan and green plaid homespun scarf with a burgundy button.  Two rusty bells adorn his body ( sewn on) .  The pocket is tan and burgundy homespun and filled with preserved Sweet Annie, red berries and faux Christmas greenery.

Mr. Snowman's hat is made of of black felt and has a snowflake attached to it.

He measures 8 inches wide by 9 inches high.

This item was crafted from a pattern by Megan's Primitive Cupboard.

It measures 14 inches long by 5 inches high.
Pumpkin is made from muslin that has been stuffed with polyester filling, stained with a coffee mixture and painted with acrylic paint.  Then sanded and rubbed down with my favorite blend of spices.
The pumpkin's face is hand stitched with scraps of homespun for the eye area and nose and he has mismatched button eyes which are also hand sewn on. I've attached 12 coiled rusty wire near the stem.

The bats have beaded eyes which I've sewn on. They are attached to pumpkin with rusty wire and a touch of hot glue.
Perfect to decorate with for the Fall Season and Halloween.
