CHUBBY BUNNY IN HER VALENTINE DRESS - SOLD

 

 

 

Another adorable Chubby Bunny!   This one is wearing a cute Valentine's dress and has lovely blue eyes.

Her dress is a red cotton blend fabric with tiny red, black and white hearts.  Her apron is a tan and burgundy striped homespun fabric and I've sewn a heart applique on the front, that matches her dress.

She is wearing a pair of unstained muslin pantaloons.

She is also carrying her favorite snack, a large carrot ( sewn onto hand).

Chubby Bunny is made from tea stained muslin and stuffed with poloyester filling.  Her carrot is made from orange tea stained homespun and also stuffed.  The carrots top is green & white homespun.

Measures 13" tall.

PRIMITIVE ANGEL SHELFSITTER - SOLD

This is an adorable angel shelf sitter made from a design from You Are Special Patterns.

She measures 14" long from wing tip to wing tip and about 8" high.

She was made from tea stained muslin stuffed with polyester filling.  Her nose is sculpted and her eyes are black beads that are sewn on.  Her red hair is embroidery floss.

Angel's clothing is a rusty red colored cotton fabric with tiny flowers.  She wears a burgundy and cream colored plaid bow around her neck and her wrists are tied with the same fabric.

Her wings are made from homespun fabric, which has been quilted and stitched all around the edges with a blanket stitch.

She holds a loose bundle of dried flowers, angels breath and red gypsy grass.

COUNTRY ROOSTER PICKET FENCE WALL HANGER -SOLD

 

 

 

 

  Wooden fence measures 23" long by 12" wide.

Rooster measures 10 1/2" long by 5 1/2" wide.

Rooster was made using a design by Sue Allemand, Palette Primitives

I made the rooster from yellow and white plaid cotton fabric stuffed with polyester filling.  The comb, wattle and beak are hand painted.  I've sewn a black bead on for the eye and the patches are also hand sewn, with a light yellow vintage button. I've tied a raffia ribbon around it's neck.  Rooster has been tea stained.

I've wrapped grapevine around the fence and attached gold and burgundy pip berries.

A prim label with a rooster on it and COUNTRY ROOSTER hand printed on it is attached to the grapevine with a rusty pin.

HOMER SNOWFELLA #2 HANGING DOOR GREETER - SOLD

 

 I made this snowman head to hang on a front door or he can be hung on a wall or cupboard.  There is a wire hanger on the back.

This door greeter measures13" long and 13" wide ( from earmuff to earmuff)

Snowman has been made from muslin, stuffed with polyester filling and painted with a mixture of acrylic paint and coffee stain, then sanded.  His nose, in the shape of a carrot, is made from burnt orange colored wool and hand stitched.  Eyes are large black buttons.  Mouth and eyebrows are hand drawn.  His rosy cheeks are scattered with mica flake 'snow'.

He's wearing green wool earmuffs with curly rusty wire and a red, green & gold metallic plaid scarf.  Inside the scarf I've tucked some faux pine and berries, also scattered with mica flake 'snow'.

Signed and dated.
