PRIMITIVE ULYSSES RAVEN ON WOOD PEDESTAL - SOLD

Meet Ulysses.  He was made from a pattern by Soft In The Head.

Ulysses is made from muslin that is stuffed with polyfill and painted with black acrylic.  He's been sanded and rubbed down with black shoe wax and rubbed again with cinnamon.  Eyes are black beads that I've sewn on, not glued.  His legs are fashioned from heavy wire and stapled into the wood pedestal.  Around Ulysses' feet I've glued down some green moss.

The pedestal is an old wood spindle that I painted and distressed.  It measures 

7 1/2 inches high.

Ulysses measures 14 inches across and is 7 1/2 inches tall. 

Total measurement is 15 inches tall.

VALENTINE THEMED 3 TIER RAG TREE -SOLD

The trees tiers is made from a paper mache cone which I've attached red & cream fabrics to with hot glue.
The base is an old vintage wood spool and I've glued silver string beads to 2 of the tiers.

This rag tree measures 12 1/2" tall.

PRIMITIVE FOLK ART SPRING / EASTER BUNNY SHELF SITTER - SOLD

 This sweet Spring Bunny shelf sitter measures 13 1/2" tall.

She is a pattern design by Sue Allemand.

She is made of painted, stained and sanded osnaburg, stuffed with polyester filling.  Nose is a rusty orange scrap of wool and is hand sewn onto face.  Whiskers are black perle cotton.

Bunny's dress is a lime green paisley design with a darker green yo yo with a lime green heart shaped button sewn in the center.  A round prim tag reads SPRING and is attached with a rusty safety pin.

I've wrapped  white and peach colored pip berry stems around her ears.

PRIMITIVE CAT WITH SPRING YO YO FLOWERS - SOLD

 

 

 Cat is a design by Tennessee Ridge Primitives.

It measures 12 1/2 inches high.

Cat's body is made from coffee stained muslin which I've painted with black acrylic and sanded down for an 'olde' worn look, which was then rubbed with cinnamon. It is stuffed with polyester filling.

Eyes are sewn on buttons. Nose & mouth are hand stitched. Whiskers are coiled rusty wires.

I've wrapped a rusty wire collar around his neck with two rusty bells attached.

The pocket is filled with 5 yo yo flowers and Sweet Annie.

A larger yo you flower adorns the front of the pocket.

The SPRING prim tag is attached with a rusty safety pin.

There is a wire loop on the back if you prefer to hang it as a door greeter.
