Canned Carrots | Grungy Carrots | Spring Decoration SOLD

This is a perfect primitive/farmhouse kitchen decoration. 

I've painted a 28 ounce tin can to make it look rusty. A vintage label, PEACOCK brand carrots has been glued to the front, and then coated with a clear sealer. It is filled with Spanish moss and 3 fabric carrots that have been stained and painted. They have been hand stitched on the outside for a more realistic look.
Some greenery has been attached to the tops of the carrots.

Please do not put your fingers inside the rims of the cans or allow children to play with this - it is real tin and can cut you/them.

This piece measures approximately 14 inches high from carrots tops to bottom edge of can.

11" Standing Bunny Doll In Spring Blues

This sweet 11" standing bunny doll is dressed all in blue. She was made from a design by Happy Heart Patterns.

She is made of stained muslin fabric. Her eyes are sewn on round beads and her whiskers are thread. Her dress is a pretty robins egg blue with white flowers. A blue and white gingham shawl wraps around her shoulders and is held together with a ornamental 'pin'.
A satin flower adorns her right ear.

Bunny is not meant to be played with, she was made to be a decoration.

This lovely lady bunny doll is all ready for Spring in her brown calico floral dress and shawl.

The shawl is made from stained cheesecloth. a pretty 'pin' adorns the front. A brown satin ribbon bow adorns one ear.

She has round black beads for eyes, and whiskers made of thread.

She is weighted, so will stand alone.

SPRING BUNNY IN FAUX RUSTY TIN CAN BASKET- SOLD

Miss Bunny in her faux rusty tin can basket was adapted from a pattern design by Happy Heart Patterns.

Bunny is made of muslin fabric that is stuffed with polyfill and stained. Her dress is a 'pear green' color with white daisies. A shawl of white cheesecloth drapes her shoulders. A small white rose adorns her right ear.

The tin can has been painted to give a nice rusty look. A vintage bunny label is attached to the front. The can has a doubled wire handle, with a stained cheesecloth bow at the top and two rusty bells hanging from one side of the handle by jute string.

Inside the can with Miss Bunny is some Spanish moss and Sweet Annie.

This was a fun bunny decoration to make! You can set it out as an Easter decoration, or if you are a bunny collector, leave it out all year round.

FOLKART HANDMADE PLUSH BROWN BINNY BUNNY

 Binny Bunny is created from a design by Old Road Primitives (ORP)

 
She measures approximately 12 inches high.

Binny is made from a light brown plush felt fabric and stuffed with polyester filling. She has buttons for eyes and her nose is hand stitched.
The insides of her ears are a brown and tan floral fabric and I hand stitched the inside of the ears with dark brown thread. Her whiskers are upholstery thread.
I tied a brown/tan/cream plaid homespun on her head and tied it off with a bow.
She wears a crochet collar with dark brown satin bow. A small crochet flower is attached to her belly with a vintage decorative button.

PRIMITIVE STYLE BUNNIES & EGGS GATHERING CENTERPIECE - SOLD

How cute would this Primitive style centerpiece look on your table!

Resting in a nest of Spanish moss nestled in a vintage gray graniteware pan

are 2 bunnies made of floral fabrics which have been stained and treated to give them an old used look.

They are stuffed with polyester fill and have beaded eyes, which are sewn, not glued on.  They each have a stained cheesecloth 'scarf' with a rusty bell attached by a rusty pin.

They are surrounded by 8 fabric 'Easter' eggs which have also been stained.

I've wrapped a strip of homespun fabric around the pan and tied in a bunch of red & gold pip berries with rusty stars.
