Handmade 36" garland/swag/valance made from torn strips of 3 assorted homespun fabrics in burgundy & tan, and muslin tied to jute. Co-ordinating homespun yo yo flowers with wood buttons are also attached to jute. The ends have loops for hanging.
Looks great as a valance over a window, hang on a fireplace, over a bed, or on the wall.

48 INCH BLUE WHITE & IVORY COTTAGE SHABBY CHIC GARLAND SWAG

 

This is a really pretty blue and white floral garland/swag. It measures 48 inches wide by 14 inches long, many strips shorter.  I've ripped and tied strips of the floral fabric along with strips of muslin to jute for a nice rustic/shabby look. I've also made and attached 9 white eyelet lace flowers.

These garlands make pretty window valances, either alone or on top of sheers. Hang on fireplaces, above cribs, beds, on cabinets, etc. Having a country barn wedding? Use as a decoration! Anything goes.

36" COTTAGE SHABBY CHIC FLORAL AND LACE RAG GARLAND VALANCE - SOLD

 Torn strips of pink/green/cream colored floral prints and lavender lace trim are tied to jute string. I've also made 8 lace flowers which are also tied on, 1 ivory colored on each end and 6 light pink in between. Each lace flower has a ribbon satin flower attached to the middle with a little bit of 'bling'. They alternate with lilac and ivory satin flowers. (See Photos).
Each end has a loop on it for hanging.

The garland is 3 feet wide ( not including the loop ends) and approx. 10" long at its longest. Some strips are shorter.

These garlands look lovely as a valance over a window, hung on a wall for decoration, hung on a fireplace mantle, etc. They are also used for nursery decor, party banners, etc.

They are made from floral fabrics and eyelet lace and each one has 3 pearl beads sewn in the centers. They measure approximately 3 inches round. There is felt on the back.
