 This is an EXTREME prim gingerbread man wall/door hanger.

He measures 16" high.  He is a design by Dee Duncan Folk Art.

He has twig legs wrapped with aged jute. There is a wire hanger on the back for hanging.  He's too 'gangly' to stand alone. Hang on a shutter or a cupboard door.

The Ginger tag is printed on osnaburg and 'aged' jute wraps around the body and tag.  Rusty safety pins hold rusty bells on the jute.

EXTREME PRIMITIVE DIRTY TOP HAT SNOWMAN DOLL - SOLD

 

I just LOVE this snowman doll.  He's made from a design by  Crows Roost Primitives.

Snowman measures  approx. 13" from top of hat.  He is made from osnaburg fabric that I've stained and 'dirtied' up to give him an old used look. Rusty bells are hand stitched and 'snow' tag is attached with rusty safety pin.
 Snowman's top hat is made from wool felt and adorned with some greenery & pip berries.

19 INCH EXTREME PRIMITIVE PUMPKIN MAN DOOR DOLL - SOLD

 

 This is a 19 inch tall extreme prim pumpkin doll made from a design by 

Megan's Primitive Cupboard.

He's made from painted and stained muslin, stuffed with polyfil.

 The letters B O O are pinned to his front with rusty pins and he wears a scarf of stained cheesecloth.

He has a stick attached to the top of his head for the pumpkin 'stem' along with some Spanish moss and a curled wire 'vine'.

There is a wire on back of the doll for hanging.

Signed & dated.

PRIMITIVE MAMMY MARTHA & CROW SHELF SITTER

Mammy Martha measures 12 inches high.  She is made from muslin which I've stained, painted and sanded to give her a nice worn look.   Her face has been needle sculpted.

She is filled with polyester filling.  Her head wrap is made from stained muslin.  She has some 'tufts' of black hair at the sides of her head.
Martha's collar/shawl is red & cream plaid homespun and held together with a large rusty safety pin and rusty bell.

A small black crow sits on her shoulder.  He is also made of muslin and has been painted and sanded.

OLDE SOUL EXTREME PRIMITIVE DOLL - SOLD

Just love the way this Prim Doll from a pattern by Threadbare Primitives turned out.  I'm not sure what kind of fabric I used for the doll's body - it feels like a cross between homespun (looser weave)  and osnaburg (coarser).

She's been stuffed with polyfill and treated with a paint wash and coffee stain to give her an old prim look.  Her face is satin stitched with black perle cotton and she has one vintage button eye. Hair is black perle cotton thread.

A necklace of 10 rusty bells is tied around her neck and on her tummy is a hand stitched muslin tag that reads 'OLDE SOUL'.

Measures 9" tall by 7 1/4" wide ( arm to arm)
