WHIMSICAL MUSTARD/GOLD AND WHITE CAT DOLL

A cute as can be whimsical handmade cat for the cat lover. 

This is one of my own designs.

Cat is made out of mustard and white checked homespun, and stuffed with polyfil. She has a large tuft of light yellow hair/fur on top of her head. Her eyes are buttons, sewn on and her nose is a large brown colored vintage button. Whiskers are black perle cotton.

She wears a chocker made of black felt with a heart shaped gemstone in the center. A red and yellow calico heart is sewn onto her body and a small gold key is sewn onto the heart.

Cat measures approximately 10 inches tall.

13" HANDMADE PRIMITIVE STYLE PATCHWORK BARN CAT - SOLD

This cute patchwork barn cat doll / decoration which I've named Patches, is a design by Tennessee Ridge Primitives. She measures approx. 13" tall.

She is made from an old hand sewn patchwork quilt and stuffed with polyfill. She's been stained and rubbed down with cinnamon and cloves. Her eyes are mismatched buttons and her whiskers are coiled rusty wire. Her collar is rusty wire with 3 rusty bells attached. Inside her pocket are pink and green pip berries and some Sweet Annie. A round tag is pinned to pocket and reads PATCHES.

EXTREME PRIMITIVE WHIMSICAL WITCH CAT - SOLD

 This extreme primitive witch cat was made using a pattern by Moonchilds Primitives.

It has been made using muslin which I've stuffed with polyfill and stained and grunged to give it a primitive look.

The eyes are painted with acrylics and eye lids are sewn on.

The nose and mouth are sculpted / hand stitched.

Ears are sewn on.

Whiskers are upholstery thread and sewn on.

The body has been sculpted, and a tail measuring 14" long has been sewn on.

Cat is wearing a black mesh witches hat.  I've attached a rusty bell to the peak of the hat with a rusty safety pin.  I've attached a band of stained cheesecloth to the hat and some Bittersweet to the brim.

The color is made of orange and black homespun, is sewn to the cat and I've attached 8 rusty bells to the collar with rusty safety pins.

Cat measures 21" high ( from bottom of cat to tip of hat) and 12" wide.

PRIMITIVE RAGGEDY ANNIE DOLL WITH PIGTAILS & KITTY - SOLD

This adorable Annie was made from muslin, stuffed with polyester filling and tea stained.  Her facial features are hand stitched and her eyes are little black buttons.

Her hair is in pigtails and tied with ribbons that match her skirt.  Her bodice is pretty Fall leaves in colors of gold, burnt orange and brown.  Her skirt is mustard/gold checked homespun.  She wears bloomers made from osnaburg fabric.

Annie never goes anywhere without her little Kitty.

Annie measures 22" long and Kitty measures 7 1/2" x 6 1/2"

PRIMITIVE RAG DOLL COCOA & HER CAT

Cocoa and Her Cat is made from a pattern by Threadbare Primitives.

She measures 18" tall and her cat measures 7 1/2" wide by 5" tall.

Both have been paint washed in brown & coffee and sanded to give them an olde thyme look.  They've also been rubbed down with cinnamon to complete the look and they smell wonderful!

Cocoa's dress and pantaloons have also been soaked in coffee and oven dried for a worn used look.  Her dress is a dark mustard and black square homespun and pantaloons are mustard and light tan striped homespun.

Her 'buttons' are rusty bells that are attached with rusty safety pins.

Her nose is a square patch of wool which I've sewn on.

Cocoa is signed and dated.
