 This adorable pumpkin witch was made from a design by Whimsical Endeavors previously known as  Pea Pickers Primitives.

The bobbin has been painted black. The eyes are painted, eyelids are sewn on. Nose is black felt and the mouth is painted.

Pumpkin witch wears a felt witches hat and I've sewn 3 rusty bells onto the collar of her 'dress'.

She measures 16 inches tall.

This has been designed as a decoration - not meant to be a toy

SNOW GIRL NODDER / MAKEDO / TREE TOPPER- SOLD

 

Measures approximately 11 inches tall.  Head is LARGE - approx. 17" round.

I made this snow girl from muslin which I filled with polyester filling and stained with my coffee mixture.
Her eyes are black buttons attached to a square of burlap. Her eyelashes are made of black felt. Nose is orange felt, stuffed and wrapped with floss. Her mouth is hand stitched with black embroidery thread.
I've attached a 'collar' that is a vintage doily in cream, dark green and burgundy crochet thread. I've attached faux holly leaves/berries to her collar. She is attached to a rusty bed spring.
I made her beret from red felt and pom pom from multi colored yarn.
Her hat and nose are sprinkled with mica flakes.

FOLK ART BUNNY ON RUSTY BED SPRING WITH CARROT - SOLD

 Measures approximately 10 1/2 inches high.

Bunny head is made from osnaburg fabric, stuffed with polyester filling.

Her eyes are black beads which are sewn on and her nose and eye brows are hand stitched.

Her whiskers are white upholstery thread.   Cheeks are brushed with pink blush.

Bunny's 'dress' is made from a cute carrot designed fabric and is hand sewn to bunny's underside of head. 

The carrot is made of orange homespun, stuffed with polyfil and the carrot top is the same fabric as the bow.

Her bow is green and white checked homespun and I've sewn an orange heart button onto it.
A rusty bed spring has been inserted into bunny's head.

Tag reads HIPPITY HOPPITY, is sprinkled with confetti and is attached to dress with a small rusty safety pin.

PRIMITIVE CHUBBY BUNNY NODDER- SOLD

 

 

 I made this adorable prim chubby bunny makedo from a doll design by Prim Raggs.

Bunny is made from tea stained muslin, stuffed with polyester filling.  Her nose is wool which has been hand stitched.  Eyes are buttons, also stitched on to face.

Her dress is mustard, brown and black plaid homespun and her apron is white polyester blend with cute little carrots. A bow on top of her head matches dress.

The carrot is made from tea stained orange homespun fabric, stuffed with polyester.  The carrot's 'greenery' top is also homespun. Carrot is hand stitched to bunny's hands.

I've sewn the bunny doll onto an old rusty bed spring.

Nodder Bunny measures 11 1/2" tall.

PRIMITIVE SCARECROW MAKE-DO - SOLD

Scarecrow make-do measures 20 1/2" tall.

The make-do is made of wood and painted black.  I've glued on Spanish moss, orange & burgundy berries & a small fabric pumpkin with a stick stem.

The scarecrow is made of stained muslin and stuffed with polyester f,illing.  I've sewn mismatched buttons for his eyes, stitched a homespun patch for his nose and his mouth is jute which I've hand sewn on.

His hair is a whitish gray yarn, sewn onto his head.  His hat is made of painted muslin with a burgundy/cream colored patch of homespun.  I stuck in some preserved Sweet Annie & orange berries.

PRIMITIVE REDTICKING HEART MAKEDO - SOLD

Make-do measures 9 1/2" high.

The make-do is a glass candlestick holder that I've grubbied up to look more prim.  The heart is made from homespun that resembles red ticking, and stuffed with polyester filling.  There are 3 rusty bells attached to the left side of heart with rusty safety pins.  I tied stained cheesecloth around the heart and tucked in some preserved Sweet Annie and pip berry stems.

#001 PRIMITIVE STYLE FABRIC SUNFLOWER NODDER - SOLD

The fabric petals are made from muslin which I've paint washed with yellow ochre and coffee stain.  The center is homespun in tan, red and black and filled with polyfill.   While hard to see in the photo, the center is tied off with multiple strands of black embroidery floss - for the 'seeds'.  I had a customer ask for this and I do like how it looks!
